Tournament package – the Easy Way to the Tournament

The tournament package is the most convenient way to organize your team’s Helsinki Cup trip. The tournament package allows you to choose hotel accommodation in 2025.

Helsinki Cup tournament packages are for the team, and our sales team is also happy to help teams with their travel arrangements when needed and possible.

Our tournament package includes:

Accommodation at the tournament hotel, including a delicious breakfast
Full-board meals: from dinner on the arrival day to lunch on the departure day (during the tournament period)
HSL travel cards for the duration of the tournament week (unlimited access to public transportation in the Helsinki AB region, including buses, trams, metro, commuter trains, and the ferry to Suomenlinna)
Services of the Helsinki Cup tournament guide for your team (assistance with transfers to match venues, etc.)
Tournament tags and associated benefits for all individuals booking the tournament package (including parents and supporters)

As part of our Early Bird offer, teams that register before December 31st and book their accommodation package

(with a deposit of 100€/person paid before January 8th) will receive free team entry fees.
