Tournament pass

The tournament pass serves as the player’s access and payment method during the Helsinki Cup

Each player participating in the Helsinki Cup will receive a tournament pass, which can be used as a means of payment alongside cash and card at the tournament kiosks. The pass also serves as an access card to the Doritos Festival and the A-finals on Friday and Saturday. The tournament pass also includes other benefits.

Guardians can easily load spending money onto the pass both before and during the tournament. The tournament pass is a safe and modern alternative to cash and traditional payment cards. No money is lost – even if the full balance isn’t used or the pass is lost. Each pass has a unique code identifier to ensure that only the rightful player uses their own pass.

CoreGo, a Finnish event technology partner, provides innovative and reliable technology solutions for events and venues. For Helsinki Cup, CoreGo supplies the tournament passes along with other payment and access control solutions.

Tournament passes are provided to all players participating in the tournament. The passes are distributed to the team’s designated representative at the tournament office during registration.

  • 5v5 teams receive 10 passes

  • 8v8 teams receive 15 passes

  • 11v11 teams receive 25 passes

If a team has fewer players than the number of allocated passes, the remaining passes may be used by the team’s staff members.

If a team has more players than the number of provided passes, additional passes can be purchased for those players at a cost of 30€ each.

Note: If a tournament pass is lost, a replacement can be purchased at the tournament office for 30€.
