Lost and found
Lost items can be inquired about with the field staff. Valuable items, such as phones and wallets, will be delivered to the tournament office.

APPLICATION
The app is the most important source of information during the tournament week, and we recommend that every tournament participant download it from App Store or Google Play
The match schedule will be published first in the app, followed by the website.

TOURNAMENT PASS
For 5v5 teams – 10 passes
For 8v8 teams – 15 passes
For 11v11 teams – 25 passes
Additional passes can be purchased for the team at the tournament office for 30€ each.
With the tournament pass, you can access the Helsinki Cup Festival and Saturday’s A-finals. The pass also offers many other benefits, which will be detailed closer to the tournament.
Please note:
Tournament passes are included for all participants with a tournament packages.

FOOD AND SNACKS STANDS
In the Helsinki Cup food stands, you can find coffee and refreshments, as well as light snacks such as sandwiches and hot dogs. The kiosks also offer ice cream, baked goods, chips and healthy snack options.
The kiosks are open to provide extra energy for the tournament day, from before the first match in the morning until the last match ends.

Not all field areas have a Helsinki Cup stands.

OPENING CEREMONY, FESTIVALS AND LOVE THE BALL CENTER
OPENING CEREMONY
The opening ceremony will take place on the second day of the tournament week. The ceremony consists of a tournament parade that will pass through downtown Helsinki. The evening will end with tournament oaths and great music in the heart of the city. A more detailed schedule will be provided closer to the tournament.
DORITOS FESTIVAL
The Doritos Festival will be held in the middle of the week, on Wednesday, at the Love The Ball Center at Käpylä Sport Park. The festival has featured popular artists among the youth at the time.
LOVE THE BALL CENTER
The Love the Ball Center is the event hub of the Helsinki Cup, located right at the heart of the games.
At the Love the Ball Center, situated in the Käpylä Sports Park, you can prepare for upcoming matches, enjoy the café offerings, and make discoveries at the Intersport tournament shop. FIELDS AND PARKING
PARKING
Parking spaces are located in Tapuli, Tikkurila and Käpylä. You can purchase a parking ticket either at the parking area on-site or at the tournament office.

Note: Other parking areas in Helsinki are either managed by the City of Helsinki or private parking companies.

INSURANCE
Helsinki Cup does not provide insurance for players or staff participating in the tournament. Each player must have valid insurance. Foreign players must have a valid travel insurance or other insurance that covers accidents occurring during the matches.
